Requirements:

1. The university requirements as described in the Undergraduate Education section of this catalog: 120 credits, including general elective credits, are required for the Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Pathology.
The University Tier II writing requirement for the Plant Pathology major is met by completing PLP 4XX (Research) and 4XX (Seminar) and PLP 405 or equivalent.
Students who are enrolled in the Plant Pathology major leading to the Bachelor of Science degree may complete an alternative tract to ISBPS that consists of BOT 105 and 106, CEM 141,143, and 161. The completion of BOT 105, and 106 and CEM 141, 143, and 161 may be counted towards both the alternative tract and the requirements for the major referenced in item 3. below.
The completion of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources mathematics and computational requirements may also satisfy the University mathematics and computational requirements.
